When compiling the rating, the personal income of businessmen was taken into account, according to which, in accordance with current legislation, the amount of personal income tax paid was calculated.

Ilya Dimov, the owner of Stroyproektservice, came in second place for the second year in a row with a personal income of 50.24 billion rubles and personal income tax of 7.54 billion rubles.

Vagit Alekperov, co-owner of Lukoil, took the fourth place, with a personal income of 21.88 billion rubles and personal income tax of 3.28 billion rubles.

Leonid Fedun, co-owner of Lukoil, is in fifth place with income of 19.19 billion rubles and personal income tax of 2.88 billion rubles.
