The agreement on the mutual abolition of the visa regime between Russia and Oman will enter into force on July 18. This is reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Russians will be able to enter Oman and stay in the country without a visa for up to 30 days on each visit, if they do not arrive for permanent residence, study or work.

The total length of stay during a calendar year should not exceed 90 days.

Similar requirements will be imposed on Omani citizens when they visit the Russian Federation.
