Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, during a meeting of the headquarters on the situation on the domestic market of petroleum products, called for preventing a sharp increase in fuel prices during the period of increased demand in summer and autumn.
lt;p>gt;- We must not allow a sharp rise in gasoline prices. I ask the Ministry of Energy, together with oil companies, to keep abreast of the pulse and manually balance the supply of fuel to the market in order to meet the increased consumer demand in the summer and the first months of autumn. To do this, it is necessary to ensure its uniform sale on the stock exchange, as well as to prevent oil companies from purchasing goods from each other on the stock exchange. They must purchase petroleum products under direct contracts, Novak demanded.
In general, according to the Ministry of Energy, gasoline and diesel fuel prices currently remain stable, with growth within the inflation range. The applications of farmers during the harvesting campaign are satisfied as planned.
