Imports of new passenger cars in Russia in June fell by 63%

By the end of June 2025, 25.8 thousand new passenger cars were imported to Russia. Imports decreased by 63% year-on-year. This is reported by TASS with reference to the presentation of "Autostat."

At the same time, imports of used cars increased by 20%, to 39.6 thousand units.

lt;p>gt;New Changan brand cars were imported to Russia most of all in June. Changan UNI-S is the leader among the models.

lt;p>Toyota and Honda became the leaders among used cars.

China occupies the first place in the supply of new cars in the Russian Federation. Its share in the Russian market is 73.9%. This is followed by Kyrgyzstan (9.8%) and Korea (4.9%).

Japan is the leader among used car suppliers (48.1%), followed by Korea (22.7%) and China (14.2%).
