The Federation Council adopted a law on the creation of a national multifunctional service

At the last meeting, members of the Federation Council adopted a law on the creation of a national multifunctional service in the Russian Federation. The platform will serve both as a messenger and provide government and commercial services.

A number of documents will be available to users of the platform in electronic form: passport, student ID and other documents issued by organizations and government agencies necessary to confirm identity, age or rights to benefits. It will also be possible to sign documents using an enhanced qualified (or unqualified) electronic signature on the platform.
