During the month, sales of used passenger cars in Russia increased by 13.7%

In April 2025, 509.7 thousand used passenger cars were sold in Russia. This is reported by the agency "Autostat".

Sales remained virtually unchanged year-on-year (in April 2024, 509.5 thousand used units were sold), while sales increased by 13.7% compared to March.

The leader in sales in the secondary market is the domestic Lada (135.3 thousand cars per month). Next are Japanese Toyota (49.6 thousand), South Korean Kia and Hyundai (27.9 thousand and 27.2 thousand, respectively), Japanese Nissan (21.8 thousand units).

In general, in the four months of 2025, Russians purchased 1.775 million used passenger cars, which is 2.3% more than in the same period of 2024.
