Zelensky instructed to form a permanent group for negotiations with Russia

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed to form a permanent expanded national negotiating group with Russia. He announced this following a meeting with the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

So, Ukraine intends to continue negotiations with Russia.

Let us remind you that on May 16, negotiations between Russia and Ukraine took place in Istanbul, following which a decision was made to exchange prisoners one thousand for one thousand people. Ukraine has also requested high-level talks. Both sides agreed to put on paper their plan for a cease-fire in their zone.
