Tax deduction for TRP and medical examination will become annual in the Russian Federation

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to introduce an annual tax deduction for citizens who regularly undergo medical examinations and successfully comply with TRP standards.
Clarification of the conditions for obtaining a tax deduction was required due to a legal conflict. Medical examinations up to the age of 40 can be carried out every three years, and the TRP can be taken annually. To receive a tax deduction, two conditions must be met simultaneously. Due to medical check-up restrictions, the deduction can now be obtained only once every three years.
According to the new scheme, it is assumed that the completed medical examination will be valid for several years. "Vladimir Putin instructed to ensure that taxpayers who regularly undergo medical examinations and successfully comply with the TRP standards have the right to receive an annual standard personal income tax deduction.
