Koshelev: the average increase in utility tariffs in 2025 will be 11.9%

Housing and communal services tariffs in 2025 will be indexed in Russia by an average of 11.9%, First deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing Vladimir Koshelev (LDPR) said in an interview with TASS. The amount of the increase will vary in different regions of the Russian Federation.

The reason for the different indexation is related to the level of inflation and the need to modernize the municipal infrastructure. According to the MP, everything depends on the decisions of the regional tariff committees.
