Russian Telegram users have complained about disruptions in the messenger.

An hour before midnight, 1,287 requests were left on the Downdetector portal. In total, over the past day, messenger users have left 3132 complaints about the operation of the application in Russia.

Of all users, according to the service, 45% reported failures in alerts, 32% complained about failures in the mobile application, 12% — about website failures, 7% — about a general failure.
