Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have ended in Istanbul

According to the Russian Weapons telegram channel, citing sources, the negotiations also discussed the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the territories of the Kherson, Zaporizhia regions, the DPR and the LPR.
