The Russian government has extended the quotas for the export of mineral fertilizers. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

According to the document, quotas for the export of fertilizers will be in effect from June 1 to November 30 this year. The total volume of the export quota will be 20 million tons. This measure is designed to preserve sufficient amounts of fertilizers for the domestic market.

At the same time, quotas do not apply to the supply of fertilizers to South Ossetia and Abkhazia, as well as to exports within the framework of international transit traffic.
