A trilateral meeting of representatives of Turkey, the United States and Ukraine has begun in Istanbul. This is reported by the Turkish diplomatic mission.

Ukraine is represented by the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Ermak, and the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andriy Sibiga. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is participating on the U.S. side, and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is participating on the Turkish side.

The trilateral meeting in the format of Turkey, Russia and Ukraine is scheduled to begin at 12:30 Moscow time.
