Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said that some representatives of the American delegation are currently in Istanbul, where negotiations between Russia and Ukraine are scheduled to take place.

"Our president is currently receiving Mr. Zelensky in Ankara. The Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul. Part of the American delegation is also here in Istanbul. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is currently in Antalya. And all the European foreign ministers are here too. There is a lot of talk about resolving the situation in Ukraine," Fidan said after an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Antalya.

Let us remind you that the Russian delegation has been in Istanbul since the morning of May 14. The Ukrainian delegation is not in place. Earlier, Zelensky said he would make a decision on participating in the negotiations after meeting with Erdogan.
