Apologies from a departed business that criticized Russia are not enough - Putin

"When returning foreign companies that have left the Russian market since the beginning of their transition, it is necessary to be guided solely by pragmatic considerations - whether it is beneficial to us or not." This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with members of the Delovaya Rossiya organization.

"The apologies of the departed business that criticized Russia are not enough," Putin commented on the desire of foreign businesses to return to Russia.

"At the same time, he noted that there were also companies that left in tears, feeling pressure from the leadership of their countries. The Head of the Russian Federation called for this factor to be taken into account when deciding on the admission of these companies to the Russian market.
