The head of a military construction company was arrested in a case of fraud on a particularly large scale

The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow has placed Matvey Ivanov, head of the Central Federal District Department of the Military Construction Company (VSK), under arrest. This is stated in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

>Ivanov is charged with accepting bribes and fraud on an especially large scale. He will remain under arrest for 1 month and 17 days.

lt;p>VSK acts as a contractor for the Ministry of Defense, fulfilling orders for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In the summer of 2024, security forces arrested the former head of the organization, Andrei Belkov. He was charged with abuse of authority in the execution of the state defense order.
