Over the past 6 years, the online advertising market in Russia has shown significant growth: if in 2018 its volume was 218 billion rubles, by 2024 the figure has more than doubled, reaching 470 billion rubles.
In parallel with the growth of absolute values, the share of online advertising in the overall market has significantly expanded: from 44% in 2018 to 52% in 2024, reflecting an increase of 8 percentage points.
At the same time, a decrease in the share of Internet services was recorded for the first time, as well as the limits of the extensive development of the industry.
