Suburban real estate has risen in price in 75 regions of Russia

Suburban real estate has risen in price in 75 Russian regions, TASS informs with reference to analysts of the portal "World of Apartments".

The Komi Republic, Kamchatka Krai and the Jewish Autonomous Region became the leaders in price increases. The growth was 18.4%, 13.5% and 12.1%, respectively. In the incomplete quarter of 2025, country houses rose in price by an average of 2.2%, to 7.5 million rubles per object.
