The State Duma Duma Committee on State Building and Legislation has approved a bill to toughen liability for failure to inform the military enlistment office about moving to a new place of residence for a period of more than three months.
According to the bill, the fine for failure to inform the military enlistment office about the move will range from 10 to 20 thousand rubles. Currently, the fine for such an offense ranges from 1 to 5 thousand rubles. The deputies of the State Duma are recommended to adopt the bill in the first reading.
