The advertising market in Russia has grown by almost 25%

By the end of 2024, the advertising market in Russia grew by 24.3%. Its total volume amounted to 679.1 billion rubles, according to РБК.

The Internet segment occupied almost half of the total market volume, reaching 311.1 billion rubles. The year-on-year growth was also 24.3%. The most significant increase was shown by outdoor advertising - 40.4%, to 75.8 billion rubles.

The smallest increase in advertising volumes was recorded in the press (+7.4%, up to 5.8 billion rubles).

Last year, the largest players continued to increase their advertising budgets. In the total volume of advertising expenses, the expenses of the top five amounted to 15.1% (+7.1% year-on-year).

Sberbank continues to be the leader in advertising budgets in Russia with a share of 5.5% (37.3 billion rubles). It is followed by Ozon (18 billion rubles) and Yandex (16.4 billion rubles), T-bank (16 billion rubles) and Avito (14.8 billion rubles).
