The normalization of relations between Russia and the United States should include the lifting of sanctions. This was announced on Tuesday by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian leader.

In addition, Peskov said that if the United States really decided to suspend military assistance to Ukraine, this could encourage Kiev to move towards the peace process.

The Kremlin also agreed with the statement of the American leader Trump that he had given Russia nothing but sanctions and grief. Trump said this on Fox News the day before.
