The average cost of ingredients for making pancakes in Russian offline stores was 142 rubles, which is 5% more than in 2024. When calculating it, experts relied on the cost of a set of products for making pancakes for four people (0.5 liters of milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup of flour, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar).

According to experts, wheat flour rose in price the most noticeably of the total range of products over the year (+13%), but eggs fell in price (-10%). The pancake index in Moscow was 162 rubles, in St. Petersburg - 150 rubles, in Krasnodar - 154 rubles, in Yekaterinburg - 158 rubles, in Novosibirsk - 178 rubles, and in Kazan - 143 rubles.

The finished pancake mix will cost Russians an average of 177 rubles. Its sales have increased by 14% this year. Sales of frozen pancakes increased by 32%, with an average price of 181 rubles. The volume of orders for ready-made pancakes via the Internet increased by 24%. In catering establishments, a portion of pancakes costs an average of 271 rubles.
