The negotiation process on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict will take place with the participation of both Russia and Ukraine. This was stated on Wednesday by Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking about the results of the negotiations between the United States and Russia in Riyadh.
"No one excludes Ukraine from this process," Putin said.
