By the end of 2024, Russian citizens purchased 2.8 million apartments and houses, spending 14.4 trillion rubles on this. Most of these funds were used to purchase housing under construction, informs the state-owned company DOM.RF./p> Compared to the previous year, the volume of investments in housing decreased by 3.5 trillion rubles. This is mainly due to the secondary market, where sales of apartments and houses decreased by about 850 thousand units, reaching 1.59 million. At the same time, the inflow of funds in the secondary market decreased by 3.1 trillion rubles, amounting to 6.7 trillion rubles.

Over the past four years, Russians have spent about 58 trillion rubles on the purchase of more than 13 million residential properties.
