Russia and the United States propose a three-stage peace plan for the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported by Fox News following the results of the Russian-American talks that took place on February 18 in Riyadh.
So, the plan includes a cease-fire, elections in Ukraine and the signing of a final agreement.
Moreover, it is noted that the condition of holding elections is key to a successful settlement of the conflict.
