Black Sea fish remains safe for consumption: Rosrybolovstvo

Rosrybolovstvo reported that no loss of aquatic biological resources was detected after the incident in the Kerch Strait. The agency stated that it is constantly monitoring the situation, and the Black Sea fish is still considered safe for consumption.".

In addition, Rosrybolovstvo plans to conduct additional research in the Black Sea. Experts have already processed the data for a preliminary assessment of the consequences of the fuel oil spill in the Kerch Strait. A total of 124 samples of petroleum products, 14 samples of fish and aquaculture products were studied, and water biotesting was carried out.
