The Ministry of Agriculture has determined the conditions for obtaining state support for agricultural aggregators

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation has developed a draft resolution defining the conditions for agricultural aggregators so that they can receive government support, including loans, risk insurance and renovation of fixed assets.

According to the draft, the number of agricultural aggregator suppliers should be at least five, and at least half of them should be registered in the same subject of the Russian Federation. To ensure competition, the number of suppliers of one agricultural aggregator should not exceed 25% of the total number of producers in the region.

Only agricultural producers and processors of agricultural products registered in the Russian Federation can be suppliers. The agroaggregator must also have at least 30% storage capacity.
