Carlsberg Group has revealed the amount of the deal for the sale of the Baltika brewing company

The Danish Carlsberg Group has released a financial report for 2024, in which it disclosed the amount of monetary compensation for the sale of the Baltika brewing company. The amount amounted to 2.3 billion Danish crowns, which is about $320 million. Under the terms of the deal, the Danish side lost the rights to the Russian business, but retained full ownership of Carlsberg Kazakhstan and Carlsberg Azerbaijan.
