The invasion of the meadow moth is expected in Voronezh, Kursk, Belgorod, Novosibirsk, Penza, Omsk, Volgograd, Kurgan, Tyumen regions, Tatarstan, Kabardino-Balkaria, as well as in Altai, Stavropol, Krasnodar, Primorsky and Krasnoyarsk territories.

The Belgorod, Voronezh, Tambov, Lipetsk, Rostov, Volgograd and Saratov regions, the DPR, Crimea, Dagestan, Ingushetia, North Ossetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, Adygea, Kalmykia, Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories are at risk of rodent invasion.

In total, 1,182 harmful factors capable of destroying crops were counted in the country: 529 pests, 434 weeds and 219 diseases. Against the background of favorable weather, the growth of agricultural pests, plant diseases and weeds is expected to reach 30-50%. All this poses a threat to the future harvest. The Rosselkhoznadzor expects a difficult phytosanitary situation and recommends that farmers prepare for it in advance.
