The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation extended the permission for producers of petroleum products to export gasoline until February 28. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.

For the rest of the market participants, the temporary restriction on gasoline exports will also continue to apply. Its validity period was limited on February 28.

This restriction was introduced to maintain stability in the domestic fuel market, support oil refining and counteract gray fuel exports.
