In Russia, fertilizer prices have remained unchanged since September 2022

In the domestic market of the Russian Federation, fertilizer prices remain at the level of September 2022, when they were fixed by manufacturers on the recommendation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. This is stated in the materials of the department.

According to the Federal Antimonopoly Service, prices for mineral fertilizers are monitored on a weekly basis, during which time no facts of exceeding the price limits have been identified.

Earlier, at the end of 2024, fertilizer producers applied to the Ministry of Industry and Trade with a request starting in January 2025 index domestic prices by 15%. As follows from the FAS report, the decision on indexing by the Ministry of Industry and Trade has still been made.
