In 2025, Russia may increase the share of wheat in grain exports due to restrictions on exports of corn, barley and rye, said Deputy Minister of Agriculture Maxim Titov.

Earlier, the Russian government set a tariff quota for the export of grain crops outside the Eurasian Economic Union in the amount of 10.6 million tons from February 15 to June 30, 2025. At the same time, the export quota for wheat and meslin will amount to 10.6 million tons, and for barley, rye and corn — 0 tons.
