Gas prices in Europe rose by 1% on news of the Turkish Stream attack

The price of gas in Europe increased by 1% during stock market trading on January 13. This is evidenced by data from the London ICE exchange.

The February futures price has almost reached 500 dollars per one thousand cubic meters. Since the start of trading, the price of gas has increased by 4%, and after reports of an attack by drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a gas distribution station supplying fuel to Europe via the Turkish Stream, it increased by another 1%.

As reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine
