Oil prices on the stock exchange have reached their highest in the last five months. This is reported by the Reuters news agency.

Thus, futures for the Brent benchmark rose in price to 81.11 per barrel on January 13, 2025. The reason for the increase was the new sanctions announced by the United States against the Russian oil sector.
