The Russian police, within the framework of state control over migrants who have fallen under the regime of expulsion, will have the right to access housing, as well as other premises in which migrants actually live. The relevant regulations are enshrined in the law, which comes into force on March 5.

It is noted that police officers will also be able to request information and documents from Russian government agencies and authorities of foreign countries that are necessary for the implementation of state control.
