The Russian Federation has established a minimum volume of sales of petrochemical products

The Ministry of Justice has registered an order from the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Energy on the minimum volume of sales of petrochemical products at exchange auctions in the amount of 10% of the total volume of products, starting from March 1, 2025.

The list of products includes orthoxylene, toluene, styrene and synthetic technical phenol.

This order concerns companies that dominate the petrochemical market.
