The Issuer placed exchange-traded bonds of the 001P-01 series for 1 billion rubles at face value.
The Company has placed 1 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each by open subscription.
The term of circulation of the securities is 2 years.
The coupon period is 30 days.Coupon income is defined as the amount of income for each day of the coupon period according to the formula key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + spread, which is established based on the results of the collection of applications in the amount of 4.50% per annum. Initially, the spread benchmark was announced at a level not higher than 350 bp.
The organizers of the placement: Gazprombank, BKS CIB. The placement agent is Gazprombank.
The bonds are placed within the framework of the 001P series exchange-traded bonds program with a volume of up to 10 billion rubles inclusive or the equivalent of this amount in foreign currency. The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Stock Exchange on Listing, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management of the Faculty of the Higher School of Management of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
