Five more companies have been added to the list of economically significant organizations. This order was signed on November 15 by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
The concept of economically significant organizations (EZO) is contained in a special law on the specifics of regulating corporate relations in business entities that are economically significant organizations. The main purpose of the law is to allow Russians, indirect participants of companies important to Russia, to transfer shares and shares of foreign structures that interfere with the management of a legal entity to themselves through the court.
