PJSC &RusHydro» placed bonds worth 40 billion rubles.
The issuer placed exchange-traded bonds of the BO-002P-01 series for 40 billion rubles at face value.
The Company has placed 40 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each by open subscription.
The term of circulation of the securities is 2 years.
The coupon period is 30 days.Coupon income is defined as the amount of income for each day of the coupon period based on the Key Rate of the Bank of Russia + the spread, which is set based on the results of the collection of applications in the amount of 2.00% per annum.
Organizers of the placement: Gazprombank, DOM Bank.RF, BC REGION, Russian Agricultural Bank. The bonds of the issue are placed within the framework of the 002P series exchange-traded bonds program with a volume of up to 300 billion rubles inclusive.
