From January 1, only qualified investors will have access to foreign securities

Starting from January 1, 2025, foreign securities will be available only to qualified investors. This update is published by the Central Bank on its official website.

The exception will be securities from the EAEU countries, as well as international financial organizations that are part of the infrastructure of the EAEU countries.

Also, only for qualified investors, the Central Bank retains the opportunity to purchase derivative financial instruments for assets, during the execution of which their actual delivery takes place.
