Deputies of the State Duma adopted in the second and third, final readings a bill tightening liability for forgery of documents for migrants.
In particular, the law establishes high fines for forgery of documents, as well as for the use or sale of such securities. So, for forgery of an identity document confirming the right of a person or his release from duty, legal entities face a fine of 40-80 thousand rubles instead of the previous 30-50 thousand rubles. Repeated violation will face a fine of 100-200 thousand rubles, which is twice as much as now.In case of forgery of documents in order to organize illegal migration, violators will face a more substantial fine - 5-10 million rubles, and for repeated violation - 10-60 million rubles.
