The Ministry of Finance will place two issues of OFZ-PD.
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation plans to hold auctions on November 13, 2024 for the placement of OFZ-PD issue No. 26246RMFS and OFZ-PD issue No. 26248RMFS.
Issue bonds are placed in the amount of balances available for placement in the specified issues.
The maturity date of the OFZ issue 26246 is March 12, 2036.
The semi-annual coupon rate for the entire term of the securities is 12.00% per annum.
The maturity date of the OFZ issue 26248 is May 16, 2040.
The coupon rate for the entire period of circulation of securities is set at 12.25% per annum.
Applications for auctions can be submitted through PJSC Moscow Exchange and (or) JSC SPVB.
The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Stock Exchange on Listing, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management of the Faculty of the Higher School of Management of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
