The government has created a two-level system for monitoring and analyzing the achievement of national goals

The implementation of the plan to achieve national development goals will be monitored by a specially created two-level monitoring and analysis system. This is reported by the press service of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The operational part will monitor changes in indicators of achievement of national goals, national projects and state programs on a monthly basis. The strategic part is designed to identify the causes of deviations, identify risks in time and manage them.

Personal responsibility for the performance of indicators is assigned to the relevant deputy Prime ministers. They will manage the process and ensure the coordination of all participants. At the regional level, governors will be responsible for achieving national goals.

- It is important to increase interaction between departments within the framework of a single plan, as well as the achievement of national goals should be clearly organized throughout the vertical of public administration, and I urge all my colleagues to work closely with governors and the State Council, and, of course, promptly receive feedback from people, – stressed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
