2.535 trillion rubles or 80% of the plan were spent on national projects from the federal budget

As of November 1, 2024, the federal budget expenditures for the implementation of national projects amounted to 2.535 trillion rubles, which corresponds to 80.2% of the planned figures. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
The highest level of execution - more than 80% is recorded for national projects "Demographics" (98.2%), "Healthcare" (87.2%) and "Culture" (86.3%).
At the level of 70-80%, national projects "Science and Universities" (79.3%), "International Cooperation and Exports " (78.6%), "Housing and Urban Environment" (78.2%), "Labor productivity&"(77.3%), "Education&(77.2%), "Safe high-quality roads" (73%), "Ecology" (70,3%).
The lowest budget performance indicators were recorded for such national projects as "Small and medium-sized enterprises&"(66.2%), "Tourism and the hospitality industry&(62.6%), "Digital economy" (60.1%), "Unmanned aircraft systems" (43.4%) and "Modernization and expansion of backbone infrastructure" (42.3%).
