Ex-Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Dagestan was detained for bribing 60 million rubles at the conclusion of state contracts

Security forces detained the former deputy Minister of Education and Science of Dagestan, who is suspected of receiving a bribe in the amount of 60 million rubles. This is reported by the RF IC.

According to the department, the suspect received money in the period from 2013 to 2023. The money was transferred by the head of a commercial organization for assistance in concluding state contracts. In total, during this period, 15 contracts were signed with the company for repair and construction work of facilities subordinate to the Ministry for a total amount of over 160 million rubles.

In relation to the detainee, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.
