By the end of October 2024, the total deviation of actually received oil and gas revenues from the expected volume amounted to -17.6 billion rubles. This is stated in the materials of the department.
In this regard, from November 7 to December 5, the Ministry of Finance will purchase foreign currency and gold within the framework of the budget rule for 87.5 billion rubles. During this period, the daily volume of transactions will amount to 4.2 billion rubles (equivalent).In November, the volume of additional oil and gas revenues of the federal budget is expected to reach 105.1 billion rubles.
