Chelyabinsk plant to launch mass production of robots

Chelyabinsk «Robot Factory» will be the first Russian company to launch mass production of robots. This is reported by «Business Magazine. Ural».

We are talking about the creation of industrial robotic manipulators. This project involves the mass production of machinery as part of import substitution. The company has already received a loan for these purposes. It is noted that this is the first technology loan issued under the guarantee of VEB.The Russian Federation within the framework of the mechanism «Project Finance Factory ». The total amount of the loan is 2 billion rubles.

The Chelyabinsk Plant has already started the implementation of the project and is currently preparing pre-production and prototypes. With the launch of the enterprise at full capacity, the production of robots with a load capacity of up to 120 kg will amount to 740 units per year.
