The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is going to attract new personnel to the industry through subsidies

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation proposes to supplement the state program for the development of agriculture in the country with new rules for the provision of subsidies. Such subsidies could increase the availability of personnel in the industry, which is in acute shortage. According to the publication «Kommersant» the corresponding draft government decree is published on regulation.gov.ru.

In particular, subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture will be used to reimburse the costs of concluded student agreements and agreements on targeted training, support for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers involved in the implementation of key agro-industrial complex projects. Employees will receive incentive payments.

In addition, the Ministry of Agriculture is going to reimburse organizations for reconstruction, major repairs, modernization of secondary vocational education institutions, as well as for capital repairs and equipping schools with agrotechnological classes.
