The list of cases where the preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory is not required for the construction and reconstruction of a linear facility has been amended by the Government of the Russian Federation. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

We are talking, in particular, about air ducts of aspiration systems, water pipes and conduits, slurry pipelines, railway tracks of non-public use, and so on.All changes are designed to reduce costs and expenses of the business.
