Russia plans to expand export supplies of fish products to the markets of India, Pakistan and South Africa in the near future. The work on the approval of the relevant veterinary certificates has reached the final stage. This was announced by the representative of the Rosselkhoznadzor Artyom Daushev at the International Fisheries Forum, TASS reports.
According to him, negotiations on this issue should take place before the end of 2024. The representative of the department also noted that since 2022, Russia has gained access to the markets of nine countries as part of the export of aquatic biological resources, and in particular over the past year to four: Namibia, Syria, Mexico and Kuwait.
